What do you really know? We sit here and talk about the knowledge we have about history and religion and other things but what do we really know other than what’s been told to us? We only know what we’ve been taught. Written and taught by other imperfect humans, many of whom were taught by others so what do we really know? We weren’t there when those slave ships sailed to foreign shores or when Columbus arrived and eradicated the new world or when Christ was nailed to that wooden cross. We weren’t there. We only know what others wrote about and passed down and changed and translated and we only know from those writings and other supposed “proof”.. if you haven’t seen it and felt it for yourself, what do you really know.
