I always enjoy weekends like this past one. Nothing overly extravagant but its just enough to satisfy you after a long work week and prepare you for a new one. A few drinks, great friends, random trips, new things, relaxation and a hint of nostalgia. Of course, it could have been better (unforeseen circumstances) but nothing took away from this weekend. It was thoroughly enjoyed.
My hair after I got off work on Friday. I felt I looked like an exotic jungle child. I kinda liked it 🙂
Friday night (top two photos) I went to this club in Humble, TX. Never heard of it but it was a pleasant surprise. Had a few drinks and more than a few laughs, danced, and had a great night.
Bottom two photos are from the Kemah Boardwalk. Alton & I randomly went there and also kind of underestimated The Aviator.

Ended the weekend with a little nostalgia…partly because I was in my emotions for most of the day but I came across this picture in a bunch of old photos my mom gave me for Christmas. It is definitely my favorite childhood photo. It pretty much explains my life as a child growing up on the islands. I really remember not having a care in the world. I was blessed enough to be taken care of my whole life. And I also just look too cool in this photo, haha 🙂 sidenote: I been having thighs apparently so that just reinforces that they aren’t really gonna go anywhere….just great! lol.
