Truthful World.

i wonder what the world would be like without lies. if everyone and everything were completely honest 100% of the time. would we be happier or would it cause more destruction than there already is? just imagine hearing the total truth every single day of your life with no hesitation or sugar coating. “do this make me look fat?” “do you really love me”. “what do you really think of me” . “do you trust me” . all the times we lie about these and other things just stops and the truths is forever out in the open all the time. lies protect us in a way . i know that may come not come off as good as it should but seriously. do you think you can handle the truth all the time? are there things you honestly wish people would lie to you about — now imagine if they didn’t. and it was just normal and accepted . or thinking of it from another side, maybe things wouldn’t be so horrible if we all expect the truth knowing its not always what we may want to hear but we hear it anyway . maybe we wouldn’t be hurt because even we know the truth . it just so happens that its said to your face now. a world without lies . truth is, lies comfort us a lot even if we don’t realize . sad truth . pro and con maybe. but we’ll never know though . we live in a world where dishonesty spans from the upper east sides to the 3rd wards and 3rd worlds. lies are everywhere . it outweighs the truth . so unfortunate .
