Hey!

Didn’t know what else to title this post as lol so I kept it simple. But uh.. this isn’t really anything special or important. Good news: didn’t have a boring day today. My sister is spending the week at my apt. this week and today she had a few things to do to sort out her Fall enrollment in COLLEGE. She’s growing right up. tear* Anywho…we explored and made trials and errors today with the Metro which is the bus system here in Houston. It actually wasn’t bad at all. Its been a while since I’ve gotten on a Metro and not really know where I’d end up but I’ll tell you, it is a lot more fun that people think it is. I guess I like to take my fear and turn it into excitement. Or maybe I was just really glad to get out of the house. We got done what she needed to get done, all while feeling like a mother. I swear I saw and heard my mom on a few occasions today lol and my dad as well. I found myself telling my sister things they would have told me 3, 4 years ago and now here I am passing the torch and being a guide. Along with that, I’ve decided to get on the Metro and go more often. Find myself involved in more activities. Get out of the house to do SOMETHING each day. I’m going to be 22 this year.. I need to hook the jumper cables on the battery of my young but progressing life and jump start it! 🙂 Ha, random post turned inspirational.
