My school is currently preparing for some major renovations which shut down the main eateries in the university center. Since school still goes on regardless of renovations, people still need to eat and the university thought it would be a good idea to have food trucks in the front of the UC. Today my roomie bought from the Waffle Bus. They pretty much sell burgers but as you may have guessed, instead of burger buns they use waffles. I tried one of them and I wasn’t too impressed. It didnt taste bad but I wouldn’t run to give it another shot. And they’re pretty expensive for a food truck. A lot of people gassed it up as if it was to die for but I could give it a passing mark.
